For a 10,000 INR loan with a 120-day term and an 18% annual interest rate:
Calculation:
Daily interest rate: 18% / 365 days = 0.05%
Daily interest payable: 10,000 * 0.05% = 5 INR
Monthly interest payment: 10,000 * 0.05% * 30 = 150 INR
Monthly payment: 10,000 * 0.05% * 30 + 10,000 / 120 * 30 = 2,650 INR
Total interest: 10,000 * 0.05% * 120 = 600 INR
Total disbursement amount: 10,000 + 600 = 10,600 INR
If the loan is approved, the user will receive the loan amount of 10,000 INR.
